  This place used to be awful. We had awful service every time we've been. It seems to be a little bit better now after the renovations.

  Have been a frequent customer of this location since moving to Welland , every single order we have placed has been messed up. We are easy going people so just let it slide a few times until about a month ago a large order was placed and half of it didnt show up. Called the store and was pleasantly surprised that they offered 2 complimentary quarter chicken dinners next time we ordered. But today was the final straw , called to make this order and nothing was on file. Manager made us feel as if this was somehow our fault, or we were making it up to get free food ... it's swiss chalet , I think if we were going to try and scam someone we'd pick somewhere a little better lol and they still messed up the order sending the wrong side with one of the meals. It's really not that difficult to get an order correct. Only good experience so far has been the delivery guy- he's awesome. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
